PRODUCT INFORMATION
-The straight needle and the needle guard are not matched properly. Adjust the match between the needle and the needle guard according to the standard. The bent needle point is round and bald. Replace with a new bent needle.
-The bottom of the looper is too narrow and round, and it is easy to make the straight needle loops not separate on the looper, so that the loops are intertwined with each other and produce a needle. Replace with a new looper.
- The tongue of the needle plate is too narrow, which makes the straight needle loops easy to assemble. Replace the needle plate with a new one.
-The thread guide is incorrectly positioned. Adjust the tension of the needle thread, looper thread, and stretch needle thread
-The needle tip of the straight machine needle is blunt or hairy. Compared with the sewing material, the needle is too thick. Change the needle to a thicker needle. The needle eye is too small or the corners are rounded.
